Your personal data will only be processed for purposes in connection with your interest in being employed with us and for processing your application. The data required for the establishment of the employment relationship is processed on the legal basis of § 26 I BDSG and all other data on the basis of a consent according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 a) DSGVO in connection with § 26 II BDSG. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
If the application is successful, your data will be used according to § 26 I BDSG for the commencement of the employment relationship.
Should we not be able to offer you an employment contract, the transmitted data will be kept for up to 6 months in order to answer questions in connection with the application and the refusal.
If your application documents are of fundamental interest to us and no suitable employment opportunity is currently available, a possible data storage in the applicant pool to establish contact at a later point in time may be possible. Consent to this will be obtained separately.
