What qualifies as a bulk embroidery order? Why is there a minimum order quantity?
Bulk orders start at a minimum of 50 products with identical embroidery designs. High-quality finishing processes such as embroidery are only possible at these quantities since the high fixed costs are spread over a larger number of products to lower the price per item. Orders with smaller quantities can be ordered in digital, flex or flock printing via the Spreadshirt designer. How is the price generated?
Many factors play a role in textile prices and customization costs. We strive to offer the best possible pricing based on your individual wishes and requirements. We will create an individual offer for you. As a rule of thumb, a small design/logo is less expensive to embroider than a large design/logo.
Why is there no product catalog?
Spreadshirt has a large and extensive network of suppliers. This enables us to access (almost) any customizable product you can imagine. Just tell us what you’re looking for and we will try to find the optimal product for you. If you order in large quantities, specialty products may also be available. Simply contact us for more details.
Which graphic format is required?
Ideally, you already have your design as a vector graphic (eps, ai, cdr, svg). If not, our graphics team will be happy to process your embroidery data. Images (png) can also be simplified and embroidered under certain circumstances but should have at least 300dpi. Good graphic files are the prerequisite for high-quality embroidery! Note: Not all designs/logos can be converted into an embroidery design. We would be happy to advise you. Call or email us for more information.

Depending on your product needs and design requirements, we offer the following types of printing options for bulk orders in addition to embroidery:

How long does it take to produce an embroidery bulk order?
As a rule, it takes approx. 3 weeks plus shipping time to produce a large embroidery order. This assumes that there are no issues with the design file. If you need your order faster, just contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you however possible.
Where do you deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver worldwide and usually free of cost - unless the delivery costs are explicitly stated in your offer.
How does payment work?
After the goods have been shipped, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. Please pay by bank transfer. For new customers, we reserve the right to request payment in advance.
