It's a one size snapback cap with mesh material at the back of the hat.
Most hats are one size or adjustable in size. If possible you can take a cap that you already own to measure. To do so you need to measure the cap from the top to the side brim and the head circumference to determine your size in the table.
Yes, you can customize your beanie with embroidery.
The costs depend on the base price of the product you choose, the number of print areas (hats just have one print area, for snapback caps there are for example three) you want to get printed and maybe a small fee for the design.
Yes, you can get your logo printed on our hats. The requirements for a pixel design are the following file formats: PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF. Please note the maximum file size of 10 MB, an image resolution of at least 200 dpi. and a maximum size 4000 x 4000 pixels. And make sure the design is isolated, meaning there is no background in it (also not in white). If you need additional help, you can also get in touch with us.
If you want to return an item, you have three options. You can exchange it for a new product, exchange for a voucher that can be redeemed towards your next order or the refund of the purchase price is also possible as long as you didn’t customise the product yourself.
Yes, all custom hats are printed in the EU, either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or Krupka, Czech Republic.
There is no minimum order quantity when it comes to custom hats. You can order just one hat.
