CUSTOMISED MUGS

The design is initially printed on a transfer foil and then put onto the product by means of thermal evaporation. It's used to print on accessories like mugs and phone cases and is available for all file formats. If you want to print an own photo on your personalised mug you should align with the requirements for pixel graphics.

Every mug that we offer is printed by thermo sublimation.

You can choose one of the different mugs in our assortment to personalise it like you want. First step is to take one of the designs of the image gallery or to upload own photos for example. You can also select one of our fonts for your individual text on the personalised mug.

The camper mug and the full color mug should get hand washed only. The other mugs are dishwasher safe but washing by hand will prolong the durability of your print.

Most of our mugs are microwave safe. The camper mug is the only one that shouldn't be placed in the microwave.

If you want to print an own photo on your personalised mug you should align with the requirements for pixel graphics:
Possible file formats are PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF. Please note the maximum file size of 10 MB, an image resolution of at least 200 dpi. and a maximum size 4000 x 4000 pixels. And make sure the design is isolated, meaning there is no background in it (also not in white).

If you want to return an item, you have three options. You can exchange it for a new product, exchange for a voucher that can be redeemed towards your next order or the refund of the purchase price is also possible as long as you didn’t customise the product yourself.

Yes, all custom mugs are printed in the EU, either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or Krupka, Czech Republic.

We don't have a minimum order quantity. You can order just one personalised mug.
