Yes, all personalised sweat jackets are embroidered (on-demand)  upon receipt of your order in Europe; either in our production facility in Legnica, Poland, or in Krupka, Czech Republic. Print-on-demand makes your embroidered jumpers really sustainable.

Whether it’s a jacket or any other product personalised with embroidery – we offer fair return conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your personalised embroidery jacket, you can return it within 30 days. Just contact our Service Team.

We want everyone to be able to put personalised designs on jackets and the like – regardless of the size of the order. That's why there is no minimum order value at Spreadshirt – not even for embroidery. If you order multiple items, you will automatically receive a volume discount.

On Spreadshirt, you’ll find college jackets, sweat jackets and more for men, women and in unisex styles, available in sizes XS to 5XL. We carry jackets for kids and teenagers in the corresponding age-appropriate sizes. You can see which sizes are currently available when you click on the product you want.

Most jackets can be embroidered on the front and back. The area suitable for embroidery is easy to see in the design tool. Please note that the zip fastener cannot be embroidered and is therefore not shown. We charge a flat fee for embroidery of each area that needs to be embroidered.

The price for your personalised embroidered zip-up hoodie from Spreadshirt consists of the cost of the product and the embroidery costs. The embroidery fee is charged per embroidery area. Before you order, you will receive a full breakdown of the total cost. The more items you order, the lower the price per embroidered jacket. Any questions? For embroidered jackets, Spreadshirt offers you – as for all embroidered products – only standard shipping. This is because before we embroider, the file provided to us must be checked first before we can create what is known as a punch file. This can take a few days. Sometimes we also get back to you with questions about the embroidery file.

To have your design or company logo embroidered on a hooded jacket, the graphic must meet the following requirements:

• Vector graphic in file format .svg or.aior
• Pixel graphic in file format .png, .jpg, .bmp or .gif
• Maximum file size: 10 MB
• Design is created without a background (for vector designs) or is isolated (for pixel graphics).

If your design is a pixel graphic, please make sure to avoid:

1. photos, designs with many colour gradations, or designs with more than 8 colours, and
2. designs with a length or width exceeding 4,000 pixels.

After uploading, place the logo where you want it on the jacket, adjust the size if necessary – and it's already ready to be ordered. We’ll review it and then embroider it. What’s more: we optimise your embroidery file completely free of charge. If you need more help or design support, contact our reasonably-priced Design Service. 

You can have your design embroidered in up to 20 different colours. If you have colour or other requests and need large quantities, contact Spreadshirt bulk orders.
