Can I get monogrammed towels from Spreadshirt?
Absolutely! Monogramming is a very popular choice for personalised embroidery designs. You can choose from our range of fonts, or create a personalised monogram motif yourself and upload it to create your monogrammed towels.
What is the maximum number of colors I can have embroidered in one design?
We have 20 colors to choose from as standard at Spreadshirt – how many you can use depends on your design. If you would like to have a motif (for example your company logo) embroidered in a different color, please contact our Service Team via e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
What size towels can I embroider?
- Classic guest towel 30 x 50 cm
- Classic hand towel 50 x 100 cm
- Classic Beach Towel 70 x 140 cm
- Classic Extra Large Bath Sheet 100 x 150 cm
What shipping options can I choose when ordering an embroidered towel?
Before embroidery, the file you provide to us will be checked first and then a so-called punch file created. Since this process may take a few days, we cannot 100% guarantee that your delivery will arrive quickly, unlike digital printing. This is why we only offer the Standard shipping method for embroidery products.
What is the difference between embroidery and monogram?
Monogramming is a form of embroidery that refers to adding your name or initials to your personalised towels. To monogram your products, create a motif from our library of fonts, or upload your own design.
Is there a minimum order for embroidered towels with Spreadshirt?
We want everyone to be able to put personalised designs on their towels – regardless of the size of the order. That's why there is no minimum order value at Spreadshirt – not even for embroidery. If you order multiple items, you will automatically receive a volume discount.
Which file types can I use to add a logo to an embroidered towel?
Ideally, your logo meets the following requirements:
- Vector graphic in file format: .svg or .ai or
- Pixel graphic in file format: .png, .jpg, .bmp or .gif
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Design is created without a background (for vector designs) or is isolated (for pixel graphics)
If your design is a pixel graphic, please make sure to avoid:
- photos and designs with many color gradations or designs with more than 8 colors and
- designs with a length or width exceeding 4,000 pixels
By the way: We optimise your embroidery file completely free of charge. If you need more help or design support, contact our graphics service at a reasonable price.
What is the return policy for embroidered towels?
Yes, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If you have any problems with your personalised towels and you are not 100% satisfied, you'll have 30 days to return your item. Just get in touch with our customer service team, who will be happy to help.
